On an appeal to my unemployment benefits by my former employer, I contacted the law office of D. Jill Pugh and worked with Therese Norton. Therese put together a well prepared defense in the short time frame we had prior to the appeal hearing. When I met with her two days prior to the hearing, she had everything prepared so our meeting was efficient and productive. Ultimately she discovered a document that I had overlooked and used it as an exhibit for the hearing that was to my benefit. That afternoon she faxed it to the judge and employer.
