Mike and his staff were uniformly excellent - highly competent, caring, efficient and wise. Mike's strategic approach to our case led to a favorable result in a relatively short period of time. We were always kept informed, but not overwhelmed with information, and we truly enjoyed working with him and his team of professionals. They went above and beyond the call of duty, finding and referring my husband to excellent medical providers who could help him make further gains in recovery from his brain injury. This was after my husband's own specialists essentially overlooked other avenues of treatment, believing he had "plateaued". As I told Mike, if I could sing like Tina Turner, I'd belt it out "you're simply the best!"

Mike Nelson took what was, to me, a devastating and confusing situation and clarified it into something I could handle. He talked to me in order to find out what my needs were and made sure that I was comfortable before he took any actions. There were no under the table dealings. I was part of everthing that went on and he made sure I understood each step of the case before we proceeded. At the same time I knew that he was an expert in his field and felt comfortable leaving the details to him. It all turned out very well for everyone.
