When you know that someone has hurt you, often times we doubt ourselves... When I spoke with Ada and explained my situation, she assured me that I was absolutely wronged and that she wanted to help me heal. She was stern when i needed her to be, listened when I needed to vent or cry and a warrior when it came time to for litigation. Her team works perfectly together and always had my best interest at heart!

Justin Boland is hands down the best lawyer I have ever had. There were so many extenuating circumstances in my case that the other attorneys I talked to say I had no chance for a decent settlement. Justin immediatly understood my situation and was able to get me a settlement that exeeded my expectations. I didn't have to go to court and he did everything while I was living in ITALY!! I was badly injured in a car accident in the summer of 2019. I interviewed a few other attorneys and was not terribly impressed by their approach to the situation. Justin's firm came highly recommended by a colleague of mine (an attorney) who had worked with Justin prior to his transition to private practice. I decided to work with Justin and it was a fantastic decision. He arranged for my car to be disassembled by a forensic mechanic so the damage could be assessed and catalogued. He even gave me a ride to work while this was being done. Justin assisted through the entire claim process which included over a dozen conversations and filings back and forth with my insurance company, the insured's insurance company, my care providers, and counsel retained by the opposing insurance company. Once my treatment was complete, Justin was tenacious and advocated diligently on my behalf. He ultimately negotiated a great resolution to the case and took extra steps to ensure that I was taken care of. Even though I had moved out of state during the Covid pandemic, Justin was able to coordinate everything to make the entire process as painless as possible. It was great to be able to focus on my recovery and leave so many of the details to Justin to handle. I highly recommend his services to others who have been injured in a collision.

Donna Mack was the one who helped me every step of the way. Was ruthless with L&I after I got T-boned at work. Got me the money and medical work I was deserved and got me back on my feet. She's amazing. If I ever get horrifically T-boned again at work I'd be in her office as soon as possible. Fingers crossed I never have to work with her again, bit if I do she's hands down worth it.

This law firm and its attorneys breached its contract with me!! Did not follow state and local court rules and tried to cover there tracks. Lied to me on a number of occasions and much much more!! I will be filing bar complaints with the Washington state bar association and will definitely take legal action against this firm and it’s incompetent attorneys
