Melissa is everything you would hope to find in an attorney! I contacted her a few months back on behalf of my parents after they were involved in a car accident over the summer. Due to this being the first time we've been involved in an accident of this magnitude, my parents and I were completely lost and without a clue on how to proceed in cases like this. Although we were unable retain her for services at that time (incident was too ripe and medical treatment was necessary prior to any other action) Melissa's compassion and true concern for her clients was obvious from the start. My parents native language is Spanish and Melissa worked with her interpreter to ensure they had full understanding of the court and legal system as well as addressed any concerns they had. I had reached out to other firms prior to hers and their lack of interest in taking this case was obvious due to it not being "big enough" for them to make a quick buck. This was not the case for Melissa, she took the time out of her day to explain the situation my parents were in, and even though she knew she couldn't help at the moment, also took the time to answer all their questions and give advise on what they're best course of action would be.
