I have had the pleasure of working with Matt and I can honestly say that Matt and his team are a professional, honest and most importantly down to earth group of people. I hired Donna Mack because the government agency that I work for has a history of placing its employees under investigation decided to target me. While I knew I was not guilty of what they were accusing me of, the sheer fact that after almost 10 years of service I was subject to their bullying tactics. I contacted Ms. Mack and she began to break things down for me in a very matter of fact way. This allowed me to sort out the legalities of what they did versus the ethical/moral aspects of my situation. She was caring and direct. Her ability to navigate complicated situations and reach sound conclusions is exactly what I needed. Due to Ms. Mack’s guidance I was able to reach a conclusion that was acceptable and know that protections were in place for my ongoing employment.

Matthew is professional as well a great guy. I want someone I can relate to and connect with when they handle difficult situations for me. It's hard enough to have an injury or legal problem; I want my lawyer to make things easier and as pleasant as they can be under the circumstances. I recently consulted with Matthew Cunanan and Drew Davis regarding both an inheritance and an elderly parent with debt problems. As part of a free consultation, they gave me helpful advice about a number of potential scenarios and also did some preliminary research to answer one of my questions. In addition, they were very up-front about their rates, unlike other attorneys I’d spoken with who wouldn’t even give me an estimate without paying for a consultation. The only reason I didn’t end up putting them on retainer was because I needed an attorney who is local to California. I greatly appreciate their efforts on my behalf, and highly recommend them.

I have to say that my time working with Donna came at a very tough time in my life. As it usually is when an attorney is needed. Donna never once made me feel ashamed about anything I was feeling, no question was a dumb question. Most importantly Donna took the time to not just listen to me, but to HEAR me. That translated into two successful outcomes, that I had never seen coming to fruition before I walked into Donna's office.
