I was looking for an attorney to handle a debt collections summons that was served against me. I came across Mr. Edgar Hall, on google and it was truly a sign of GOD himself. He gave me a free consultation and helped me through the process of going to court and fighting the attorney. Mr. Hall drew up my motion paperwork, and sent me to court. The paperwork that was written on behalf of myself from Mr.Hall, allowed me to be able to settle out of court with the opposing attorney and debt collection company, walking away, and dropping all debts against myself owing absolutely nothing! Edgar made one phone call to the opposing attorney to facilitate a walk away deal which was accepted on the spot. Mr. Edgar was truly a savior at this time in my life with Christmas being right around corner, and 2020 being a disaster for everyone. I definitely will keep him in my contacts for future litigations if needed. I highly recommend him to anyone who may be facing any debt settlement cases.

Edgar is a blessing from God to us. Everyone that we talked to prior to talking to Edgar, wanted nothing to do with representing us with a lien on our property for more than 10 years. I can't tell you how much their advice and help meant to our family. I have great news to report. My son was premature and our coverage through Aetna paid the 50k in claims they were denying in full to the hospital. The collection agency who was trying to collect on the 50k plus Interest had dropped the 5k in interest and I was only left with my patient responsibility of only a few hundred dollars. The pressure from the Secretary of State and the Office of The Insurance Commissioner on both Aetna and the collection company had become to much for them.
