My I-485 was denied and in a panic I contacted Becky and she really put my mind at ease! After looking at the denial letter from USCIS we came to know that they had requested further evidence and since we did not reply to the RFE the petition was denied. Unfortunately, even though I had contacted the USCIS numerous times about my case after my interview we still had to send in a Motion Of Appeal. Becky helped me address all their concerns in depth and made sure all grounds were covered. My green card was approved and sent within the month. I’m so glad I got in contact with her. She’s one of the most compassionate, down to earth lawyers I know. Highly recommend!!!
