I could literally right a book on how awesome Zach is. I had a particularly difficult DUI and he made sure to highlight the circumstances that lead up this DUI. I couldn't have asked for anything more from him. He is kind and understanding, while also being brutally honest and not selling a fantasy.

I’ve never been so compelled to write a review but nobody deserves it more than Zach Jarvis. In 2020 I was indicted on a federal drug case facing a ten year mandatory minimum. My life and my sprits were in ruins. When I met Zach for the first time I knew I had more than just a lawyer with me. He is sharp, diligent and compassionate. He fought for me like he was a friend. 2020 was the most difficult of times to navigate a case with the Covid outbreak, but zach did it masterfully. His communication and networking skills are incredible. He had me make reference lists and talked to every person in the community who supported me. He retained many letters from people on my behalf. He hired a mitigation specialist Rick Cowen, (the former head of the federal prosecutor’s) to work with me and my ties to the community. We worked through forfeiture and reclaimed tens of thousands in property. We went through so much over the 18 months. I say we because I was never alone in this fight and I know that he truly cared about getting the best outcome for me. He was never afraid to go to trail. He was prepared and the prosecution knew that. The result was they would drop not only the ten year mandatory minimum but also allow us to argue for under 5 years. I took that deal. When we went in front of the judge the prosecutor argued for a sentence of 72-91 months. My heart sank, but Zach Jarvis took over after that. He completely owned the prosecution and articulated such a convincing argument for a lower sentence I knew halfway threw it we were going to get what we wanted. I received a 44 month sentence. Three years later I’m home. I have my life back because Zach fought for me as if he were a friend. I recommend him to anyone lucky enough to have him.

When facing criminal charges and going through the whole experience it can bring about a lot of emotions; fear, anger, frustration, depression. Zach was able to keep my defense on steady course, steadfast, throughout all of those emotions. The level of preparation and knowledge Zach had for federal defense cases saved me a greatly in regard to my freedom, time, and money. I'm happy I went with Zach.

Zach is an ace in the courtroom! He represented me on a complex case with rare circumstances when I required counsel. He helped unpack the entire case to its core -- and asked new questions along the way. His time and effort led to an extraordinarily valuable result. His approach was the best I have seen during all my encounters with lawyers. Zach is kind and cares about your situation. There was never a moment where it wasn’t an outstanding performance. The process was streamlined and successful. I would give him 6 stars if I could, but will have to settle on 5! Look no further - Zach is first-rate in The Pacific Northwest.

I was so fortunate to have met Zach. This was my first time needing legal help and I was freaking out. I was afraid of what the outcome of the case could be and I did not have the financial means to make payments on time for legal services. Zach helped me stay grounded instead of panicking about the outcome of the case. He thoroughly went over my legal options from the case and let me know what would be the most optimal choice. He was also very flexible about payments as I didn't have the money to pay for my legal services up front. His work on my case persuaded the prosecute and judge to deviate from the original charge to a reduced sentence. The case ended with the best case scenario that we had discussed!

Zachary listened to me very carefully and believed in me as a person. I was lied to by a group that eventually cost me my position. I was very angry wanted to get even with them by a variety of means ... but Zachary kept me grounded. He made me realize that this was a just a bump in the road and my career, though in its twilight will be okay. Though I did not get all that I thought was due, Zachary negotiated important language and monetary compensation that will let me sever ties with my past employer and move ahead in a positive way. I would recommend him in a "New York Minute". I cannot express enough how much support he gave to me.

I had been referred to Hart Jarvis Murray Chang PLLC by a close friend, after being charged for a DUI. Zach worked diligently to with me regarding my medical issues which could have resulted in the ambiguous breathalyzer test results, so we could present the clearest argument to the prosecutor for those results to be thrown out. All of this resulted in my charges being reduced to Reckless Driving. In my time working with Zach he was thorough, honest, and only posed realistic outcome potentials. He was always prompt answering my questions and guiding me through this process as I have never been in any legal trouble. He was welcoming and polite explaining the process, the 'why's', and the 'how comes' to me and my family. And was willing to put in the extra time to ensure the prosecutor understood me as a person and the support network I had available to me. Overall, I would recommend Zach Jarvis to anyone seeking legal counsel. He is personable yet professional and will not simply work for you, but with you to overcome your legal challenges.
