I have been using Bracepoint's services for (goes to check email history...) 8 years! I run a marketing and communications agency. Mark and his team are especially attuned to creative work, entrepreneurs and small business owners, and can scale up for larger corporate projects. He is well-versed in IP and excels at contract language. He has an easygoing attitude that is crucial when discussing stressful situations. I consider Mark and Bracepoint an extension of my team, my oceanside advisory board.

Robert was a tremendous help! I called him before Thanksgiving for some help on a business contract, and by the next week he had sent us back revisions. We will definitely use Robert in the future for any other needs. Thank you so much!

We used Mark Jordan to draft a revised Partnership to our business. We then came back to him to make some further modifications only to find his office had no record of our previous agreement that had been signed and enacted and had apparently lost everything. We would have to start entirely new with a brand new agreement which would cost thousands to develop. Mark was happy to charge us $600 for the Zoom call and his time to verify his office had lost everything. He even reached out when we weren’t paying him quick enough to complain about non prompt payment. I would encourage you to use someone else.

Made a consultation appointment and no one called or replied to my email. It’s horrible to be helpless when LnI makes false statements about you and you can’t get it rectified. Now the reply is also ignoring important details. I had a scheduled appointment and they did not honor that appointment. The reply left by the firm is very dismissive.

I have called this firm multiple times in 14 days to just schedule a consultation and see if they would take on a case. Each time I have have given my name and the nature of the call, and I am always told that they will call back within an hour. Each time, I have called, no call back has ever been made by this firm. this most recent last time I called, I was even told they they would put on a reminder to call back within an hour, which never happened as well. I wouldn't expect this from a firm who is looking for new clients.

The free consultation answered all of my questions. The woman was very knowledgable and a great resource for me. Other practices I spoke with left me confused. I highly recommend Sharpe Law for their knowledge. Thank you once more. 5/5

Very impressed... I contacted them for help with an L&I claim. They spent time reviewing the file and provided guidance on how to proceed, along with work product. They refused to bill me for what must have been at least a few hours work. They actually mean it that you don't need to hire an attorney to get their help. Cheryl was so helpful. Treated me like I was their biggest client.
