I was originally represented by another attorney who did not provide me with important information over a several month period and then did not respond to any of my communication for over a month. As a result, I hired Mr. Fitzpatrick who not only dealt with an extremely difficult situation created by my former counsel, but had to deal with my anger and trauma that resulted from the situation prior to Mr. Fitzpatrick's involvment. He helped to restore my faith in attorneys; provided me with excellent advice; was empathetic, even during times when I broke down over the trauma I experienced; and has continued to show a caring attitude even after the representation ended. In short, he is a wonderful attorney and an extraordinary human being.
