I am very grateful for the help I received from Katrina, at any time i needed her she is always available to help quickly. It’s been few years ago when i needed her Law Firm service and as always the service exceeds my expectations. Excellent service, I highly recommend!

Hired Erica to help me with the custody of my child. During the initial consultation with her she seemed to know what needed to be done right away. Yet it turned out that half of her actions were not even necessary nor accurate, nor in their ability (as wage garnishment for example). But she was claiming she'd do it. It was all done and said just to expand this process longer and for me to pay them longer. All the communication is only via email; towards the end it seemed that they were not even reading my emails and not hearing what I was asking them to do. Multiple times I had to repeat myself saying I couldn't afford the trial for $30k that they were pushing me to go to, and I was asking for mediation - they tried to convince me that it won't work in my case and I'd waste more time and money. After emailing them and complaining that I'm not seeing any results with them, and that I've already spent close to $20k and it's been over a year, Erica responded to my email after a month of receiving it stating that it hurts her feelings that I'm complaining, she even took some sentences from my old emails to them to "prove" that I am wrong, and basically if I'm not happy they're no longer going to "help" me. And she charged $395 for this response! Ended up finding a mediator who explained how these attorneys work - all they care about is money for them, they do not care about families or your children - and filed for final orders with my ex with no problems and for free, versus paying additional $6k for Erica to "help" me in mediation or going to trial.

Atty Katrina enlighten my world. i thought i don't have enough evidences to submit but she enlighten me to think beyond the picture and gave ma a lot of options that can help my case. i really appreciate all the efforts of Zafiro Law firm team and most especially the confidence she gave me during interview. I was in a very complicated and potentially expensive situation and Katrina Zafiro was recommended to me by another attorney whom I trust inexplicably. Katrina is incredibly knowledgeable about family and immigration law and was ALWAYS responsive, quick, and empathetic. She gave me all my options regarding the case and was willing to pivot and go whichever way I chose. We ended up bringing in a colleague of hers to assist and he was amazing as well. Hiring attorneys is expensive, but Katrina and her colleagues are very reasonably priced and 100% worth it! I can't even imagine what the negative review about her is referring to, because Katrina made herself available to me while she was out of office and NEVER once made me feel that my case wasn't important or urgent. And while the other party ended up having the lawsuit dismissed, I would have trusted Katrina to go all the way to help me fight for what was morally right! I will return to Katrina and her colleagues in the future, should I ever need assistance again – I would trust no one else!
