Lee provided us legal support in the sale of our property to a developer. His experience and knowledge around the negotiation, document prep/review, and closing were instrumental is us landing a good deal and getting to a successful close. Frustrated

Is this a misnomer? Doesn't everyone deserve to be heard? I got no callback

I am the former President and Chairman of Surety Insurance Services Corp which represented over 7 insurance companies to issue surety bond credit on behalf of the construction industry. Our company retained the legal services of Mr. McKinney for over 15 years to handle any and all claim activity that arose from time to time on construction bonds that our insurance companies issued. Richard is the best at figuring out the impossible very smart and hard working some time he's impatient but because he hate to lose and he a perfectionist on making sure things are done correctly ,most attorney are very herd to contact And you never know Where they are with your case, you can contact him any time an you will get a call back even if it's on a Sunday he works Monday through Sunday most of the time, this guy eats law for breakfast lunch and dinner he love it and enjoys what does.he not only my attorney for life but we become very good friends. PS, gotta case that most atterneys won't take or can't figure out Richard McKinney the man real talk!

Didn't receive very much help here.

Lee has tons of experience and knowledge, and it shows. He negotiated a commercial lease for me with a rigid landlord and I felt that he had my best interests at heart every step of the way. He wasn't afraid to ruffle a few feathers if he felt that the other side was not being reasonable. Lee let the advice flow generously and gave me a good idea about what I should be expecting from others that are supposed to be working for me. I will definitely be working with him again when the time arises.
