I don't know on what planet paying thousands of dollars and being unable to have a 1 minute phone call is fair.

I hired Katrina to help me navigate an expedited but subtly nuanced divorce case. She was incredibly responsive and diligent, always making time to be sure that I understood each step of the process. She was tough when she needed to be, gentle when things were emotional, and always professional. I trusted her guidance completely and felt I was in the best of hands from start to finish. Even when things got tricky, Katrina brought her wealth of diverse experience to the table and made sure my needs were met. I wasn't necessarily looking to make a friend from this process, but I definitely found one in Katrina after all she went through for me and my family.

I hired, Katrina a little over 3 years ago to help bring my wife to the United States from the Philippines on an immigration visa. Katrina and her staff have been very supportive, reactive, and aggressive with the agencies they have to deal with on a daily basis. The pandemic had caused a lot of delays and headaches for us all in the process, but Katrina has been there for us every step of the way. Many times she’s had to reach out to the agencies to inform them of their mistakes and shortcomings! She’s been relentless and quick to react. Katrina has always gotten back to me immediately to answer all my questions. If not then, she’s contacted me after her business hours, several times! And there’s been a lot of questions on my end. Katrina and her staff are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects.

This attorney took my money and then dropped my case because her workload was too much for her.
