This is the second time I’ve retained Jason and Andi for an auto accident. For the most recent case that was somewhat complex, Jason and Andi worked hard in settling the case for my son and I. Initially, it appeared the accident was my fault, but due to witness testimony, facts, and the knowledge ofJason’s expertise, my son and I walked away with a very satisfied amount. I would definitely recommend them and can attest to their honesty, integrity, and their ability to do what’s right.

While attending a conference at a hotel in the Seattle area, I suffered a serious fall as the result of an unmarked hazard created by ongoing construction. The fall resulted in 2 surgeries and a future of ongoing back pain and migraines that will require treatment for the remainder of my life. As the wife of a retired very successful trial attorney who handled multimillion offshore injury cases I have a basis for understanding how a good lawyer should deal with a case. Jason did an exceptional job. He is skilled in finding the best experts needed and skilled in taking depositions. In the end, the case was settled for a high 6 figure amount near the maximum limit on the insurance policy. I am sure this would never have happened without Jason’s skill in handling the case as well as his patience and support in communicating with his client. I give special thanks to Andi, Jason’s assistant, who also handled much of the paperwork, client updates and just handholding. Thank you both.

I was hit with a vehicle , as a pedestrian, in a business’s off-street parking lot , by one of the business’s employees . I Called 3 Personal Injury Attorneys afterwards . Phone consults. After hearing my story and particulars of the incident and me telling them I suffered only a soft tissue injury [no broken bones] - the first two attorneys said I could only expect to receive about $12,000 - at best . I called Jason last and he was confident that I was entitled to A * VERY Significant * amount more - than the other attorneys had assumed. I chose Jason. In fact , Jason actually * over-delivered * on his estimate and my expectations and I’m Very pleased with the settlement I received. Jason communicates quickly and he has working relationships with several pain specialists , Chiropractors etc . Jason mentioned a few Chiropractors when I asked him and I Chose Dr. Devine , whose office is near my apartment and whom I found to be fantastic. My insurance policy included a PIP rider for $10,000 that supplied me With medical expenses [PIP : Personal Injury Protection} - which usually must be Paid back to the insurance company after a winning settlement. Jason went one Step further after the settlement and was able to ‘claw back’ that $10,000 for me - So that I did not have to re-imburse that to my Insurance Co. I think some attorneys would not taken the time and bother or had the * negotiating skills * To get that money back for me - after they had already been paid.

Jason and Andi are such amazing people! I didn’t feel like they wanted me to hire them for the money, they made me feel like I hired them to get what I deserved in my terrible car accident. They were efficient and always communicating with me on the next step that we would take. Thank you guys so much for your help!

I was hit by a city bus that ran a red light. I tried settling with the city myself which was an uphill battle. I decided to hire Mr. Schauer. I am so glad I did. Him and Andi worked so hard on my case. They kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them. I got so much more than I was expecting.
