We did it! I'm glad Denice was by my side. She was incredibly helpful and saved me from the panic and terror of my first (and thanks to her care, likely last) contact with the legal system. She helped me navigate the complicated environment and made me feel at ease when confronting problems. I am so lucky to have had her support. With her as your counsel, you'll make it through just fine.

I hired Denice because of her experience as a previous prosecutor. I knew she had been on 'the other side" of the courtroom and she knew the system. She kept in contact with me throughout the entire processes and was determined to get the best possible outcome. She had plan A,B,C ... in the end her perseverance paid off.

Denice Gagner was referred to me by a friend of the family. She had previously been a criminal prosecutor, now turned defense attorney, who I hired initially after having some trouble with the state attorney assigned to me. I visited her office one time, and after consulting with here there and a few phone conversations and emails regarding my case, she was able to, without much delay, get a victim witness interview over the phone from my boyfriend at the time, who claimed there was no harm or assault done to him or any damages that were claimed on my case. Denice then sat down quickly with the prosecutors to get the charges on my assault record cleared. She was absolutely the right choice, and got a dismissal for my case very quickly. The charges on my case would have resulted in a major hardship for me, devastated my work and finance situation, and would have made a much more difficult journey for me ahead. She made all that disappear in a matter of weeks, taking a huge amount of stress away. She put me at ease by letting me know she would be there every step of the way and I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
