Over Priced and lacking of staff

Late last year I was in the process of purchasing the small animal practice I had worked for, from my then-boss (let's just call my former boss "TB"). Tyler Jones came highly recommended from my financial advisor to help set up the sale and lease paperwork. Tyler made it very much a two-way process. He heard my side of what I wanted out of the sale and included my feedback in all revisions. He made sure I understood what was going on, what was going to be expected of me, and what I was getting out of it. He took the time to go through everything literally line-by-line with me in a way I could understand. He had my back every step of the way especially toward the end when communications with TB seemed to be breaking down. There was some particularly difficult maneuvering regarding the bank's requirements about the lease. Then, after the deal was taken care of, a question came up from TB about a specific part of the lease that he disagreed with. Not only did I feel confident in stating something from lease both paragraph and line, that verified my point, Tyler emailed TB's attorney for me to get it straightened out so there were no more questions on the matter. Even though this was overall a stressful and difficult time for me I felt supported the whole time. Tyler's services were absolutely worth it.

ITS A SCAM DO NOT USE!!!!! THEY TOLD ME ONE THING AND DIDN'T FOLLOW THRU THEN CLAIMED I COULD GET A REFUND AND NEVER LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME!!!! WROST COMPANY EVER I WILL BE LETTING THE BETTER BUSINESS KNOW. They denied my refund request because they never left a message trying to contact me..

Online divorce did a great job initially. The final documents did not move ahead for a whole month (they seemed to be just sitting there) They did not reach out or keep me informed. The "hold' time on the phone was a half an hour sometimes. I will keep you posted as to the outcome, as I am still unaware of exactly what is happening (even though I have called 3 times in the last week!!)

Scamming money from my credit card every month. I don't even need or use your service. I will be turning this company in to the authorities!

It took about nine months but they negotiated a sentence that I and my family could live with when far worse were possible. I was even able to keep working.
