Brandon Gribben represented me in a commercial rental case where a West Coast Lessor signed as a guarantor for his employee. My tenant then paid two months rent and stayed for just short of a year! Brandon investigated on my behalf with dogged determination and even though the odds were stacked against us, he was tough in court, getting a judgement for the rent, as well as most of my legal costs!! Brandon handheld my father and me through the legal maze of coop eviction in NYC. I live overseas and my father lives in CA, so we consulted Brandon over the phone and through email.
