I hired David in April 2021 when I found out I was being subpoenaed for an outrageous claim i was not guilty of. The opponent lawyer was one of the very capable lawyers in the county, and has had very visible cases the she won for her clients in the past. The case I was accused of that her client claimed I had raped her was also her assistant- what a coincident! After 2 years of back and forth, David finally proved to the court that I was was not guilty of the crimes that i was accused to have done.
