He walked me through every step, interfacing with the driver's insurance company and guaranteed my medical expenses would be paid (of which I had over 1,000 pages of medical notes, none of which I had to deal with). He was responsive to my questions, seemed to care about my healing, and even worked out a hefty settlement I never would have imagined getting.
