I was the primary contact for a 62-unit condominium association that claimed damaged from the developer/general contractor. We eventually settled for $2M and were able to complete the necessary repairs within that budget. Mr. Evans was an excellent advocate. He educated our board very well regarding what to expect and how the process would play out (it went almost exactly as he predicted). He was very forthright with us, as well as very responsive and communicative. We always felt that Mr. Evans had our interest at heart. His billings were always very reasonable. We couldn't have been more satisfied with him.
