She didn't interview any of my witnesses or prepare me for court. She seemed annoyed when I wanted to discuss trial strategy, evidence, and issues at the end of the day. From a strategy standpoint she was completely unprepared and unfamiliar with the details of the case. There were major well-established facts of the case and evidence provided that she was unaware of and did not submit/address. From a courtroom standpoint she consistently allowed the opposing parties to testify to hearsay without objection and allowed questionable exhibits into evidence without any objection.

I was concerned over potential legal action that may occur and contacted Puget Law Group to speak to an attorney on Christmas Eve; within 10-15 minutes Chris Kattenhorn called me to see if it was an emergency or to set up a better time to speak later that day. He called back at the time we set and gave good advice for where we currently were in the situation. He's extremely communicative and helped ease anxiety during a stressful time. Leanna worked on my case and although I was extremely anxious, she helped me tremendously. Luckily the case never went to court, but she still answered maybe hundreds of questions, drove all the way to Lewis County to meet me, and fostered a strong working relationship with someone she had just met.
