After trying a couple of other lawyers, we were referred to Katherine through a friend. We feel so blessed to have found her. From the outset, she explained the process clearly, set reasonable timelines, and was always available to explain the next step. Everything played out exactly the way she suggested it would. She is an incredibly kind and sincere person. The kind of person you want to represent you through a process like this. I wish I could give her 6 stars because she deserves all of them.

Katherine is the kind of lawyer you can trust. She has made immigration her career focus and it shows. Every step of the way she explained things clearly and helped make sense of the process. I had the best experience with Katherine Rich and her receptionist Jenny. Of course any immigration process can be scary but anytime I had any questions she was always quick to respond back. I felt safe and cared for by her and her team. I always felt as though I was always a priority and my questions were not overwhelming her. She was so attentive with every step and my process was quick and smooth. Even though I live in Federal Way I am happy I chose to travel to Shoreline to be seen by her. Highly recommend. Despues de 27 años la abogada me ayudó con lo de mi residencia por medio de DACA en menos de un año. La recomiendo al 100% mi proceso fue muy rápido, siempre estuvieron al contacto conmigo y informándome cómo iba mi caso y le doy muchas Gracias a la abogada porque por toda la ayuda de ella pude regresar a Mexico después de muchos años. Katherine is Super efficient ,responsible, Transparent, good listener, kind and Smart
Before the process she explained everything (happened exactly like she said) told us all the possible scenarios
And answered all of our questions with a lot of patient (and we asked a lot of questions!)
In conclusion Katherine worth every penny , she will deliver better than the post office
