Our case took about 7 months to complete. During the entire time, Ryan kept us informed thoroughly, and was quick to respond. We felt he was patient, honest, caring and considerate to our needs. I got into a car accident at a young age, and heard about Ryan from a family friend, Ryan was super professional and easy to talk to about what was going on, and he helped me through every step and explained things very well. He made sure I was always in the loop of things and had very good communication with me. He made sure I was protected legally and that I got justice for my injuries. I was involved rear ended accident back in 2017. Right after it happened, I had lower back pain injury. It was the first time I needed to claim and my insurance company didn’t want to pay many of bills within PIP limit. I hired an attorney in Bellevue but after 4 month, never got to talk directly and when I did he dropped the case! I hired female lawyer in Edmonds, but she really didn’t seem willing to work for it ( her assistant was good) so there was no progress. Then I found Mr. Nute who answers the phone himself. He listen to my Japanglish carefully, so I could feel comfortable. As soon as I hired him, he worked on a case right away. Answering any emails, calls constantly which make me trust completely unlike other lawyers I have seen. I didn’t think I could recover as much as I hoped, since some said it was waste of his time. However Mr. Nute made it happen! He is so nice kind person other than work as well.

He took my children and my case, he was very informative, he updated me every step of the way and had our best interest. He's truly amazing I would recommend to friends and family as I have he loved by us all.

After trying to handle my personal injury claim after an auto accident I was getting nowhere at all by myself with the insurance company of the at fault party.
