this attorney is the biggest scam artist slime ball. He took advantage of my family during a very sensitive time dealing with the passing of a loved one. Not only did he drag out the estate for almost a year, he found every possible way to drag it on and cost the kids more money from their inheritance. Who charges about 10k for probate and then at that end remove himself from the case?! I cant even believe this schmuck is still in business, maybe that's why he is almost 80 and still working. Don't use him for service unless you want to get screwed, you will be charged lots of money for horrible service. I'm so disappointed and upset that he could get away with operating how he does. I hope he goes out of business soon and very surprised there are not more bad reviews on here for him. I know my family isn't the only one who was conned and mistreated by this monster of an attorney. Crystal

Mr. Denes is a man with integrity. I hired Mr. Denes on the advice of a family friend who was also a lawyer. At that time, I needed a lawyer quickly because opposing counsel gave me one hours notice to appear in court ex parte. That was the beginning of nearly 2 years of litigation. Mr. Denes never gave up, even when opposing counsel and my husband repeatedly used abusive use of conflict to convolute and obscure the truth. Mr. Denes was always honest with me about the case and gave me the best advice for each situation that I encountered. He continued to re-examine the case and get me the legal support that I needed. Mr. Denes always advised upon what was in the best interest of the children. Mr. Denes was extremely resourceful and was able to consult with several professionals who could provide further assistance. Mr. Denes returned my phone calls and emails. I was even able to contact him after hours when I had an emergency requiring his advice. It won't be long before this lawyer receives AV rating!

Atilla Denes was quite knowledgeable and fierce. Despite his few years of actual licensing, his confidence portrays him as a hard-ass lawyer in and out of the court room which enables him to get what you're looking for. His undivided attention and council made us feel both important to him, and that we'd win our case. He is extremely accommodating, caring, yet firey when in the courtroom and negotiating with the opposing party. He keeps his services really reasonable so the average joe can afford a great attorney with out going into debt. He goes above and beyond with the amount of communication he delivers. He is extremely responsive via phone calls and emails. He really has your best interest in mind. He recently was my attorney for a child custody case. He negotiated a 5 day, 6 hour visitation for the opposing party, down to 3 days, 4 hour visits. He can rattle the opposing party's cage so you get what you want. He is a great lawyer.

Attila Denes is a smart man, knows the law, uses it to his client's advantage and presents his client as I would expect. Fees are very reasonable. Does not nickel and dime you. Says what he thinks and how he will present your case.
