Craig Gourley not only has the education of a real estate and tax attorney, he also has the real world life experience of being a real estate investor. He uses his knowledge and real world experience to the great benefit of his clients. We were lucky enough to have found him after receiving misguided information from another 1031 exchange facilitator. Mr. Gourley was a pleasure to talk to and was willing to take the steps to organize our transaction in a manner that would help to ensure our 1031 exchange meets IRS requirements. He went above and beyond to help us, even though we were first time clients. We are very grateful to Mr. Gourley for all of his help and highly recommend him!

Worked with Miko on a property line dispute. He was professional, responsive, personable, and (maybe most importantly) explained the risks and benefits of multiple approaches to our case. Miko made sure we knew we were in charge, understood what he suggested and why he was suggesting it, and clearly stated the risks to different approaches. We got a pretty fantastic outcome and felt confident the entire time thanks to Miko's guidance and work. I hope to never need his assistance again but if I do, I'm not shopping around. I'll just call him directly.

A huge real estate group purchased our apartment complex and gave us all 20 days notice to vacate our homes. One letter from Mr Gourley had them revoking the notice. Gave us 90 days notice to move out and move out bonuses! He truly uses his super powers for good! Bless you!

I have been extremely fortunate to work with Gourley Law group for over 15 years. They have always exceeded any expectations of exceptional representation. The entire team is the most ethical group of lawyers, paralegals and support staff. You truly will not find another law group who means what they say and says what they mean.

After doing ALL of the research myself at the courthouse regarding our personal property and one other issue, we met with Mr Gourley . The receptionist said we were so lucky, because he was headed to Panama the very next day. He assured us that he would be Skyping with his office daily, and one of our issues may take awhile. The first of our issues, we find out several months later, is too complicated and he suggested we take additional steps. We gave him A YEAR to fix the second issue. When I called regarding the status, I was told NOTHING had been done because no one at the Snohomish office had any knowledge of our request. Mr Gourley was so excited to get to Panama and do work on his yacht that he paid no attention to us as clients. ZERO stars, Mr Gourley. Thank you for absolutely nothing.
