I wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with the Gourley Law Group. I have used this firm three times now and have been impressed and pleased with their professionalism and results each time. Mr. Santos kept me well informed of progress in my cases and his research was invaluable. I will use this firm again. I have no reservations at all making a five-star recommendation regarding the Gourley law group and specifically Mr. Santos.

After 30 years of living in our house, a new survey revealed that our septic tank, and parts of our drain field and driveway were on the neighboring lot. Upon the recommendation of a Real Estate Broker friend, we consulted with Miko. And despite some reluctance from the new owner of the property next door, Miko was able to negotiate on our behalf an exclusive easement to the affected area with a minimum of expense. He gave us sound advice, helped us avoid a costly mistake, and responded promptly to all our questions and concerns. He was polite, but firm in protecting our rights, when negotiating with the affected property owner so that we arrived at a satisfactory solution with minimal fuss and in a timely manner. Miko was a pleasure to work with. We would recommend him to anyone and will certainly hire him again in the future should the need arise.

Miko Santos negotiated an easement for my building’s parking lot, allowing it to keep three parking spaces near a light rail station. He then handled the sale of my condominium, allowing me to forego an expensive real estate broker. In both cases he was knowledgable and patient with my own lack of knowledge. He always had time to answer my questions and explain things, and he listened carefully to my remarks. I had never worked with a lawyer before, and he made it easy and even fun.
