Terry represented me on a very complicated probate case. The case took a little under a year, I had contacted many other probate offices in Spokane who turned me down the first phone call. Terry was the 2nd one who was wiling to meet and go over the case. He agreed to take it on. I wouldn't have gotten through the last year without him. He believed in me and helped me more than he will probably ever know. I got to know Terry and Mary very well over the last year, spending hours in their office preparing for mediation, going through mediation, and more. He's always been quick to respond, listened to my concerns, saw my side of things, and the most important thing was understanding my background and where I was coming from, but still providing the view from a legal aspect and how things would look in court. I will never be able to thank him and Mary enough for getting me through the last year. This is the lawyer you need - if you are looking for someone.

Fails to see through on cases would not recommend

I came to know Emily and Kelli this past winter. My stepfather passed away in Spokane and I was in Arizona for the winter. Emily was beyond helpful in getting me started on the estate and all of the required court filings. By the time I was able to fly to Spokane, Emily had my papers of testimentary, legal notices posted and all beneficiaries notified of the commencing probate. Throughout the entire process, Emily was always available to me either by phone or email. Even when I ran into a sibling issue, Emily offered great advice on how to proceed so as to protect myself and everything eventually worked out. I can't recommend Spokane Wills, Trusts & Probate enough! If you are an executor/executrix, do yourself a favor. Hire Emily, then hire an accountant and your life will be so much easier in the coming months.

OK, Let me tell you this first, I do go around and give 5 star reviews to businesses but to Carlisle+Byers if I could give 10, I would. Shortly after my work injury I started calling lawyers, trying to find someone that I could trust and have by my side. After calling 5 lawyers(which 2 of them never got back to me) Rich was the 6th lawyer I talked to. From the very beginning he was straightforward, honest and real. Qualities that are rare these days. For the past 15 months that I worked with him, he kept me well-informed about every step, patiently answering all my questions and providing valuable advice. He was both for me. A great lawyer that will fight for your right(I mean it) and a friend with a great advice. Rich also showed compassion and empathy towards my situation. I truly felt that he cared about my recovery and securing the rightful compensation I deserved. His negotiation skills were exceptional, resulting in a successful settlement that surpassed my expectations. I am incredibly grateful for his hard work and unwavering support during this challenging time. I highly recommend his services, and I can confidently say that you won't be disappointed!
