From the office staff to the paralegal and attorney, they were all so kind and polite and patient. They communicated well with me about their requirements. Someone always answered the phone. Very professional over the video conference. Only reason not a 5 star because I am still in the process of handling my business.

Have only engaged with a free 30 minute consultation at this point but Melissa was easy to talk to and was able to easily understand the issues I had concerning my HOA. She seemed to have a good understanding of the law and what an appropriate action would be.
