I came in with zero knowledge of the process I’d have to go through. By the end of the ordeal I was aware and had complete understanding, every step of the way. Especially given my case began before the pandemic. Going through the pandemic I given complete understanding and patience with GLP and they made the process completely effortless. They let me know what was needed of me, when it was needed of me. They even filled me in on the steps that didn’t require me, which really added more clarity to my sense of unawareness. If I had to go through this process again it would definitely be with GLP, no questions asked!
