My experience with Evergreen Elder Law was very positive. The Attorneys, paralegals and office staff were very friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend Evergreen Elder Law to anyone that needs a will, a trust or estate planning.

Re: Tisha Clegg with Evergreen Elder Law I need to take a moment to acknowledge the exemplary service I was provided by Tisha Clegg with Evergreen Elder Law. I met Tisha when she helped establish Trust documents for my father and me, which she made an easy process for us. When my father passed away in February 2022, she stepped in to help me and drafted documentation required by the financial institution that held my father’s fiduciary account. The financial institution was not helpful in explaining what they needed or why and Tisha was more than willing (and able) to take care of things for me. She took the time to send forms to the financial institution, keeping me in the loop the entire time. Her customer service was invaluable and she was a great help in a time of need. Kellie Stockton

I initially learned about Evergreen Elder Law through a webinar conducted by Holland McBurns, in which she addressed the importance of pre-planning for Medicaid and Long-term Care, Estate Planning and Wills & Trusts. I was incredibly impressed at the amount of information that was shared ~ I learned a great deal from her presentation; but, most importantly, I learned how UNPREPARED I actually was! I contacted Evergreen Elder Law just a few short weeks later to arrange an appointment to review and update our wills. We also wanted to start the process of setting up a Trust for our assets. From my very first phone contact with the office, I was treated with respect and understanding. As we proceeded through the process, we met with Travis Pierce, Associate Attorney, and Tisha Clegg, Lead Paralegal. Each time we met with any of the staff, particularly Tisha, we were treated very professionally, always with a sympathetic ear to our situation, and a genuine concern for our best interests. We were soon feeling more like friends rather than clients! I must also say that when we were closing on a sales transaction of our home, the closing attorney needed to see a copy of the Power of Attorney paperwork. She told our real estate agent that she had never seen a POA document so all-inclusive and so well written! She added that she “wished all POAs were written that well!” I must say that I was proud of the work that Evergreen Elder Law had done for me! I would recommend Evergreen Elder Law without hesitation!!!

A car accident. An uncertain health outcome. No estate documents to rely on. Very limited funds to cover healthcare. That was my brother-in-law and sister. We turned to Evergreen Elder Law on a referral and feel so lucky to have found them. The staff is friendly and efficient, Travis (our lawyer) and Lucas (our paralegal) were knowledgeable, accessible, flexible and very efficient in guiding us through this stressful time. In less than 2 months (over holidays!) we had estate documents and Medicaid application submitted; and peace of mind that no matter the outcome, their limited assets were safe and all they needed to do was heal.

I thought everyone was very professional. Did exactly what I wanted in my estate planning. It’s really a good feeling when things are right in your life .

Evergreen Elder Law is amazing. Holland made our estate planning easy and Tisha is amazing also. The receptionist makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone at Evergreen goes above and beyond and has been helpful in suggesting things we may want to do but hadn't thought of ourselves. I really appreciated that our questions were answered with thoughtfulness and patience. We were treated with respect as soon as we walked into the office.
