It is so hard to navigate the disability claims system and the healthcare system at the same time. I was able to hand one of those to Evan Marken and get a favorable outcome. Huge relief!

Treated me like garbage because of my disability. He said I was being difficult because I cannot speak on the phone, and was very unprofessional. He didn't communicate with me about anything or prepare me for anything.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Some people will tell you not to hire a Social Security attorney because you will have to give them money. This is malarkey! Without Evan on my side I would’ve given up long before I won my case. I have severe anxiety and he was kind, patient and understanding with me and never judged me. Because I had him to run interference on communications between me and the FOUR, count them, 4, different states I was shuffled between during the pandemic: I was not stressed out. Evan worked his butt off for me and it was such a relief to not be alone during the SSA denials and hearing etc. Shoutout to Tina in the office: Also patient, kind and concerned about me as a person and very competent. TLDR: Experience and outcome were the very best.

The attorney did nothing and cost us our claim. We had to constantly reach out to them for information and most of the time they mistook our claim with other clients even telling us medical information that was from other clients. They did not even keep up on medical records. We had to constantly have them sent in and don't think this attorney even added them to the case. We where not informed of hearings (so much for preparation) and before we knew it, we where denied. Two years of hard work on our part down the drain. We now have to refile and was told by this attorney after they mishanded the case, that they where too busy to move forward with refilling. We now have to find another attorney and start the whole process again. Save yourself the time and frustration and take your business elsewhere.

Evan is patient and kind will help you get through this process. I was at my wits end and terrified, on the wire trying to find a lawyer for my upcoming court date. He took my case and was very patient with me and my panic. I'm late with my review Evan so once again my apologies but thank you for helping me get through a very tough time in my life. When my son was denied disability I reached out to Evan. I found Evan via Google reviews. I had to make this very important decision on legal representation, for what was going to be a long process. So there was a leap of faith involved. Well thank God for faith. Evan immediately appealed my sons case based on SS's multiple systems criteria. I was not familiar with this prior to talking to Evan. My sons issues run both medical and mental. While that helped to make my sons case, his young age presented a formidable challenge for approval. Well Evan was up to that challenge. He is skilled in the navigating SS's maze and was readily available throughout the entire process. Whenever I would reach out to Evan he was there. Very reassuring.
