Wow ! Made My SSDI appeal so easy and actually got me Approved !! I was so sure this was not going to happen , he even called me on a Saturday to let me know , talk about dedication. I cant recommend him enough. he is always responsive and treats you like a human being. A neighbor sent me his way as he had had a great exp as well. Give him a call !!!!

I reached out to Crotty & Son Law Firm when it was clear that my direct supervisor was retaliating against me for seeking workplace medical accommodation. It had quickly become clear that the people above him were not interested in the facts of the situation, but simply wanted the situation to go away and were happy to get rid of me to do so. With Matthew Crotty by my side, we sued the company and recently settled out of court. Crotty is an incredible lawyer and person. Throughout the whole process I felt like his top priority and was continually impressed with his professionalism and sensitivity in our interactions. Multiple lawyers had turned me away, saying that I didn’t make enough money for the claim to be worth the fight. This was never an issue with Crotty and thanks to him I was finally able to feel validated and get the closure needed to continue on with my life. I highly recommend this law firm.

I hired Mr. Marken for my disability case and he made it easy and straightforward and was there with me throughout the process. On the day of my hearing he was there with me on the phone (in person hearings were closed due to Covid) asking pertinent questions and I was awarded full benefits! I got SSD benefits awarded with him after filing twice by myself and denied. His fees were reasonable and my benefits went back 3 years. I would recommend him to anyone.

Evan was great. He is probably the kindest lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. I ask tons of questions and he didn’t mind at all and he always had an answer for me. He was very helpful. He always got back to me quickly. He was very knowledgeable about social security. He helped me get my SSI. I would recommend him to anyone that is trying to get social security. If you are trying to get social security disability or SSI, he is the best lawyer to go to. I called half the lawyers in Spokane that did social security and out of all of them, Evan was the kindest. I can't thank Matt Crotty enough. I never thought I would be in a situation that would require an attorney, however when it happened, he listened well and was extremely supportive during a challenging time. He answered his phone all the time and was very responsive to emails. I felt like I always had him in my corner to support and represent me. In the end, I had a positive outcome due to his guidance and representation. He navigated me through a tough situation, ultimately leading to a peaceful and positive resolution.

Mr. Marken was my disability lawyer. He was always there to answer questions via text, email or phone call. My case was a bit more complicated because of my age. I was denied twice prior.
