I had an L&I claim with the county. I was at a point in the process I didn’t understand and was unsure of what to do. I was directed to attorney Phillip Silcher. I’m so glad I contacted him. He and his partner are phenomenal! They looked at my case and agreed to help me. I’m glad he did. The outcome of my case was way better than I could’ve hoped for. Philip has been an absolute god send in navigating through the L&I process. Lawyers tend to get bad raps, I’ve certainly dealt with a few really questionable ones, and he completely restored my faith in the field, entirely. He goes above and beyond to answer any and all questions you have AND it’s in a language easy to understand as well as very prompt. I felt understood and seen which most L&I folks know is very difficult to accomplish whilst going through this process. He has maintained and continually shown a deeply rooted desire to help others in need and to do so ethically. He informed me that his case load was beyond stacked out and took the time to answer my questions as well as make sure I was set up with several other resources and referrals to help me through my process. No stone is left unturned, with Findley & Silcher and I am incredibly thankful to have stumbled upon these humble, hard working, empathetic, detail oriented folks that have gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of-even though they couldn’t take me on as a client. ALL of this being said, keep in mind they didn’t make a cent off of me. My husband has had a very complicated and drawn out L&I case. We felt very alone in the process until we met with Jackie and Phillip. They gave us hope as they dug right into the issues and went to bat for us. Worker's Compensation can be very difficult, but Phillip has made himself available to listen to every question and concern weve had along the way with honest and compassionate care.
