This place was amazing! My dad recommended I call them the day after I had my arm shattered in a vehicle accident. They were upfront about all costs and procedures. They were very responsive and timely in answering all of my many, and frequent questions. They fought the insurance company, who tried to get away with saying they had only partial responsibility and that a shattered arm is not a life changing event. They got me a payout for the policy claim maximum in a matter of about 6 months. Highly recommended to anyone that just doesn't know where to start.

After 6.5 years of waiting, denials in court ect. Eric Bessent finally got my disability case approved! My case was difficult and started in 2014 in Kaufman TX. I was denied by the judge there in 2017,moved to another state to try again. Eric was so kind and patient with me and my mental health and physical health issues. I am so pleased with Mr. Bissent,he was able to deliver what 2 other firms plus an advocacy program could not. If your applying for disability call this Firm and ask for Eric.

My experience with Russell and Hill, PLLC was positive. They were always very professional and were a huge help in the positive outcome of my disability verdict. I did not have a straightforward case, and received two denials before a judge finally ruled in my favor. As you can imagine, being truly disabled and unable to work, while receiving denials, was a very emotional and exhausting ordeal, but Russell and Hill rolled with the punches and helped me stay positive. I applied For Disability April 2017 I started with Russell & Hill from the get go. I was denied on Intial and Recon I thankfully got a Alj hearing quickly and we won with a Bench Decision thank you to Kim for dealing with all my stress with me and getting my updated records every three months helped a ton. I would also like to Thank Eric Basset that contacted me when I got my court date to update records and make sure I wasn't messing anything and met with me in person, I met Eric Agian the day of hearing ahead of time to answer any questions before we went in I was very nervous we won and were told right then, thank you to the firm for working so hard and not giving up when I was filled with anxiety, I would recommend Russle & Hill staff to anyone needing help mine was a disability case. Eric Bessent at Russell & Hill was so helpful and resilient in helping me to obtain Social Security after suffering a head injury from being hit ny a drunk driver.
