Worst decision of my life. All he did was lie to me. Then after I got 102 month instead of the 12 months he kept telling me. He said I got what I deserved. He also said I was give five previous plea offers before the one I too, public disclosure shows it was the first. I was played and took a plea I didn't want or understand. This in my opinion is not a good defence attorney buy any means.

So I don't ever write reviews but in this case I felt like I had to share my story because I hope it helps someone make the right choice in they're time of need. I want to say that Tracy is not only an amazing attorney but also an amazing person I know nothing about law and he took the time to explain everything to me I had a million questions and he answered every single one of them and I appreciate him so much for that he definitely has a passion for what he does and it shows in his work. He was so kind in my time of need he became more like family then an attorney he doesn't B.S you he lets you know things are tough and hard and the system doesn't always operate the way it should but he reassures you and let's you know that he is fighting for you and in my case I know this to be very true we had an amazing outcome one that I didn't think was possible. So a big thank you to Tracy Collins I still appreciate you and everything that you've done.

Was my boyfriend's public defender a few years ago and was awful didn't care at all. Worst attitude. Looking to hire someone now and it won't be him!!!!! Just read you're reply. Quit lying. You were so a public defender. You might of been part time and working from home but yes you were and he didn't pay you so you must a been

Great lawyer fast and honest

Tracy Collins Represented me in a case in 2008 that had recieved alot of media attention. I thought I was going to be spend the rest of my young adult life in prison. But working with Mr. Collins we were able to get a deal for minimum sentencing. Mr. Collins was ontop of his game when we asked to credit the time served while I was on house arrest. The prosecutor objected stating that I was not confined 24/7 that during the day i could come and go from 10am-8pm. Mr. Collins responded with case precedence citing a case where credit for time served was given because for the majority hours in a day that person was confined to the home. The judge ruled in our favor and of my 15mo sentence.6mo was credited on house arrest. Its been 14 years since and I have been crime free with no law troubles. I now prepare my application for pardon with the Gov. Of Wa. In fact my goals post pardon is running for Political Office to put down this insane spike in crime. Tracy Collins is the reason I am here today. Thank You sir.
