Tracy Collins Represented me in a case in 2008 that had recieved alot of media attention. I thought I was going to be spend the rest of my young adult life in prison. But working with Mr. Collins we were able to get a deal for minimum sentencing. Mr. Collins was ontop of his game when we asked to credit the time served while I was on house arrest. The prosecutor objected stating that I was not confined 24/7 that during the day i could come and go from 10am-8pm. Mr. Collins responded with case precedence citing a case where credit for time served was given because for the majority hours in a day that person was confined to the home. The judge ruled in our favor and of my 15mo sentence.6mo was credited on house arrest. Its been 14 years since and I have been crime free with no law troubles. I now prepare my application for pardon with the Gov. Of Wa. In fact my goals post pardon is running for Political Office to put down this insane spike in crime.
