I’m sure you’re reading this review after scouring the internet searching for a good family law attorney. Well I’m telling you to stop, and just call Christine Gallagher. I hired Christine for my parenting plan case and my child support modification; and she was helpful, responsive, and most importantly got me what I wanted on both. And if you are familiar with law at all, you know a good lawyer can be ruined if they have a terrible paralegal; and Christine’s paralegal Rachel is down right fabulous. Rachel is very knowledgeable and kind. You seriously will not find a better team. I would recommend them over and over again.

It goes without saying, but I will...divorce sucks. Especially when the parties are not communicating or able to work together for resolution. Christine provided excellent guidance and advice throughout the entire process. I am actually content with the settlement, as is my ex-wife, which is rare. This is primarily due to Christine's experience, intuition, and expert knowledge of the divorce process. Of note, her rates are extremely fair. Not once did I feel like she was overcharging. I'm not getting married or divorced again, but if I find myself in that situation or any other situation that requires an excellent family law attorney, I won't hesitate to hire her again.

Christine has been amazing! Seriously, I've had other representation in the past and she is worth every penny!! I couldn't be happier with her and the whole process from consultation to representation with results! My only regret is not finding her sooner!

Christine and her staff are exceptional at what they do. I have worked with her for over two years through my ongoing divorce and custody issues and she is always supportive, professional, extremely prompt with her response time, and gives excellent advice. Her staff is equally as helpful. We had to go to court on multiple occasions and she was always thoroughly prepared and brought her A game and every hearing we went to was successful. I would recommend Christine to anyone dealing with a family law issue and have done just that, I have had friends hire her also. She is an excellent attorney.

Christine has been amazing from the start! I hired Christine to represent me through a difficult divorce and she is now still representing me through an even more difficult custody case. She and Rachel (her paralegal) have always been kind, compassionate, understanding and have taken the time to explain everything to me every step of the way. They respond to my calls and emails and answer my questions very quickly. They are both very knowledgeable of the law and the entire legal process. Christine has always been honest with me and has prepared me for what may happen next with each hearing even when it wasn't what I wanted to hear. Ms. Gallagher (Christine) was the 2nd attorney I hired to handle an increasingly difficult divorce case. Unusually, because my home is now in North Carolina as opposed to Spokane, WA, Christine took my case after a telephone call, with no face-to-face meeting. She indicated that she only takes cases she feels provide an opportunity to serve-- she is not interested in representing those with frivolous claims unsupported by facts. She is a true champion for those she feels are, largely, "in the right...." Her overall consultation, representation in interim hearings, support at mediation, paralegal support and overall legal (and "friendly") advise was truly exceptional. And she did this all in the absence of EVER meeting me, never insisting that I be in her presence or "on-site," and flexing based on my unusual business needs and extreme across-country distance. Christine is trustworthy and a fighter; she is serious, but comes across with a likable, sometimes raw, ease. She is both well informed and well prepared. She is unafraid to challenge her counterparts-- steadfast with her facts. She knows when to "drive the bus," and when to "let you drive;" an unusual but strong characteristic for a legal counsellor. I was able to conclude my divorce in mediation-- what I believed was a very successful outcome. She was calm, collected, respectful but forthright with the mediator and our negotiating position. In sum, I left mediation with a far better deal than any other formal or informal negotiated settlement attempted over NEARLY TWO YEARS. In closing, Christine threw me the life preserver when my prior attorney was not performing. Christine believed in me, and I truly believe in her, and I can unequivocally recommend her as your first and LAST attorney for your divorce case.

I went to see Christine for a child support/custody issue after trying to do the process myself. Christine took all the ends and incompletes and did her magic. Everything was done in a timely manner and she presented me with some options I hadn’t thought to include. She kept me up to date on my case status and provided me itemized updates on billing charges. Her staff was extremely professional as well. I would use Christine again, without hesitation, for any family law issues. She’s awesome!

I hired Christine after she was highly recommended to me by another attorney. I am extremely grateful for that guidance as Christine’s council was excellent. My case was a child support modification that drug out for a year because of the opposing party’s delays and dishonesty. Christine did a great job sorting through the discrepancies presented by the other party as well as clearly exhibiting the complexities of my pay as an airline pilot. The results of my case far outweighed anything I could’ve imagined and I attribute that to Christine’s knowledge and skill in weighing out what’s most important in a case and clear presentation. She is a perfect blend of even keel and no nonsense. On top of her expertise, Christine has an excellent paralegal, Rachel, who is also very skilled and readily available when needed. Lastly, Christine’s rates are very affordable and fair. I will definitely be using Christine in the future and personally recommending her to others.
