Mr Marken was absolutely the best attorney I could have chosen. Mr Marken was so easy to work with. Whenever I left a message, Mr Marken would return my call promptly. He helped me get my SSDI and back pay. If anyone is looking for a SSDI look no further. I wish there were more stars to give him.

Our complaint with a medical provider did not meet the standard for malpractice, but Dan took the time and examined our situation thoughtfully to determine it was, in fact, a consumer complaint and that we had a solid basis for our claim. He prepared the documents we needed quickly and thoroughly and ensured our issue was resolved promnptly. We couldn't be more grateful for his services!

Dan Hayward happened to be the last lawyer on my list after been rejected by nearly 20 diffrent lawyers. Other lawyers refused my case because it was hard to prove and if it did win it wasn't going to Be enough money to make it worth their while. Dan Hayward explain the steps and kept me up-to-date on upcoming expenses related to my case, which helped because my finances were not the best. Hayward counseled me on things unrelated to my case and always answered the phone we responded to emails in a very timely manner. He was the one that helped me when nobody else would I definitely recommend him, he won my case when others said it would be too hard to prove he put the time and effort and and honestly did all the work for me. I wish there was more I can do to repay him.

Eventhough Mr Hayward does not practice the specific type of law that we need for our case, he took an entire hour of his time to listen to my case and give me thoughtful direction. Without any legal system experience myself, I found his wisdom extremely helpful and had me evaluate my case from a very educated angle without making me feel like a small child (I do feel like one when it comes to the legal system to begin with). I would recommend him.
