Mr. Eash was my attorney for several years. He filed a lawsuit and kept me in the lawsuit even when the process caused me great harm. He failed to give me an offer of judgement from opposing counsel. He allowed subpoenas for my medical records to go through without my knowledge. He failed to keep me informed of the details of my case, he didn't want to invest his time to work with me and my disabilities that were a result from a car accident. His billings exceeded the amount of the final offered settlement. I find his actions to be unethical!

I hired David earlier this year and found it to be one of the best decisions and experiences in my life. David always had given me the best advise and options to handle my case with the utmost professionalism and personal consideration to my best interests which made everything simple and efficient.
