I recommend calling Russell and Hill if you are in a car accident or get caught driving a little outside of the rules. I have used them for both of these services and have been very happy with the results each time. Unfortunately, I have become a reoccurring customer 😆 (speeding tickets) but they make it very easy to take care of the tickets and have kept my driving record clean and my insurance rates low. Well worth the money they charge for the service- saves many times over when accounting for insurance premiums. I recommend reaching out to these guys before paying any tickets. If you’ve been in an accident, no up front fees or out of pocket expenses, they charge around 33% of settlement amount at the end after all expenses are paid. They are the second attorney I’ve used for this service and were much more attentive, responsive, and driven than the previous attorney I used. In February I called Russell and Hill after seeing their ad on TV. I was connected with James a disability attorney in the Spokane office. After talking with him, he said I called just in time as I was about out of time since leaving my job because of an injury, he said he would call me back the next day at a set time and never heard from him. I called him back the next day and let him know I decided to try for the disability. He had me get on line and check my credits and it said I had enough. So, he said he would get the paperwork sent out to me. This is almost the end of March, no paperwork has ever been sent to me, no phone calls, I've even called him and left a message, and still nothing. That was about two weeks ago. Now, I'm afraid my window has passed. I will not recommend them at all. No follow through at all. I will now have to search other options, if I have any.

This is my 2nd positive post for Russell & Hill and I still can't come up with enough adjectives for how well they represented me. After they won my case, almost one year ago, we ran into all kinds of obstacles with social security turning loose of my backpay. Long after Russell & Hill received their payment, and could have stopped fighting for me, they continued to fight for me and stay on top of social security until every dime that social security owed me in backpay was paid. For me, this was a 14 year fight of people not believing in me and my condition. Russell & Hill picked up my case after another law firm dismissed me saying I had no case.
