Rude, messy looking lady. She wasnt even my lawyer and I was shocked at how unprofessional she was. She doesnt return phone calls, will tell you one thing then do another, cant even put the correct case numbers on her cases, will straight up lie to the commissioner even when you have proof to show she lied, cant spell her clients names right to save her life, is late to hearings, looks messy and stressed(hair crazy, clothes old and ugly, paperwork falling everywhere). I thought she was a free lawyer with how bad she acts and looks but after hearing how much she costs I was shocked and a bit sad for the people she is clearly robbing.

Gina is absolutely amazing!! Gina has been my attorney for many years and knows how to do her job. Gina is pitbull in the cortroom, and will tell you the hard truth even when you don't want to hear it. Gina always puts the children first and if you're not doing what's best for them she won't hesitate to tell you, and her staff is some of the most cairing and understanding people that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Ms Costello has exhibited clearly the ability to advocate for the actual best interest of her client. I've been employed in the area of family law in Spokane since 1998. I have been a professional independent mediator in Spokane since 2011. I've seen many times over how aggressive, assertive, and effective Ms Costello is on behalf of her clients. In a world where attorneys make more money the more people disagree- Ms Costello would rather see her clients be successful in the big picture of life, than line her own pockets. I have immense appreciation for Ms Costello's ability to advocate so intelligently and aggressively, without being greedy.

Gina and all of her associates, You continue to evade Washington state law by not giving me proper notice. You have done so multiple times at this point. This is my right to defend myself and have my side heard. If you are so intimidated by a pro-se individual that you resort to illegal, unethical behaviors... maybe you and your associates should review the basic code of ethics, professional courtesy, and rules of professional conduct in which you are supposed to follow. Rules are rules. Stop playing dirty and notify me as i have stated to your office at least 5 times now. Your clients should be ashamed of your courtroom temper tantrums when things don't go your way. You should personally be ashamed of your own associates unprofessional behaviors in your own office. Sickening, and you will eventually be held accountable for your extreme lack of ethics.

In the initial interview Gina listened carefully to the facts of my specific situation and ultimately agreed to a different approach than she might have taken. I appreciate that she evaluates each client's individual needs and it resulted in a no-fault divorce that went off without a hitch and in record time. Gina has been our family law attorney since this difficult journey with court began. There has been times when I didn't agree with her, but at the end of the day we came to a middle ground that worked. I fell she is a bulldog in the court room and with my family she has helped me do what is best. Her staff is always helpful. Communication is good. My wife and I always recommend her when anyone is looking. Be prepared to do what she asks. Be honest with her and she gives you the same. I'm greatful.

Gina and Leanne were very professional. They helped me navigate the system and refused to allow the opposing party any room to play games. Their team is brutally honest, well educated, and very helpful. Their group is very familiar with the legal system of Spokane. Highly recommended!!!!

Gina can be abrasive. She'll give you an ear full if she doesn't like how you're handling your end of things and she'll ride you hard to get what she needs. Keep in mind, you're her client, and now consider what the person she isn't representing is going to have to deal with. She's a bulldog. And I like that. But she's not all bark and bite. She does care, she's invested in it personally. She gets frustrated when bad news comes your way and does what she can to make things right. There's empathy that drives her. But its not just a passion for doing right by people, Gina knows her stuff. I had consulted two other attorneys prior to Gina, and she's the only one who understood the ins and outs of the court system. She has an experience that she draws from and puts that knowledge to work. She made sure my affairs were in order and she was always on top of the business that needed to be handled. If she didn't like how things were being done, she made sure they were done to her satisfaction. Her staff is also there backing her up, making sure that everything that could be done in my favor was. Leeann was great and always available to help whenever I needed something from Ginas office. She worked with me when we ran into snags and went out of her way to ensure there were never any lose ends. They're a solid team and I am grateful for all their efforts and I trust no one more should I ever need help again, I will look to them.
