These guys are incredible everything that we fought for together they won for me. VA rating increase, TDIU and Social Security benefits. If you have anything to appeal with the va or ssdi call them. Corey is an excellent guy to talk to and really helped me not only the the appeal process but as a person as well. John Paul Gustad is very thurough and knows his profession.

SSDI CLAIM (6 STARS) I live in Idaho and sought out a "Phenomenal" out of state WA attorney, J. P. Gustad of Gustad Law Group out of Seattle/Tacoma WA after SS denied my initial SSDI claim and Reconsideration. Claim had challenges, which ends so many cases unjustly. Just got the news that after; phone hearing today, it was approved. Mr. Gustad is a "Rock Star," in this arena as well as VA and civil law. His staff are also highly talented (especially Corey) and more than that, his skill in the hearing today and "cross examinations" of myself, a doctor and a voc rehab specialist, was absolutely amazing. This got me the disability benefits denied me twice. Only giving 4 stars because I couldn’t hire him!!! Lol I called and almost immediately was able to speak with somebody regarding my questions and was most definitely given definitive direction on how to handle my issue moving forward. A reputable business in my opinion isn’t just helpful to its clients, but to those who may not even need answered but one question. Definitely a break from the corporate lawyer run around, would recommend these guys for sure!!
