Tim was amazing and went above and beyond. My case had several pieces to it and he helped me get back what was important to my family and myself. Over the last four years I have needed to hire attorneys twice and after meeting with 12 different attorneys in Spokane (because I'm picky and can be difficult to work with) I chose Brendan both times; he works harder and smarter than anyone I've met. Brenden and his staff are incredible. Let me be specific in 3 ways. I was charged with 2 misdemeanor assaults, misdemeanor violation of a protective order, and a felony malicious mischief. All were dropped except the felony mischief which was reduced to a misdemeanor. Yes you read that correctly. 4 charges dropped to 1. He also struck a deal with the prosecutor to get the no contact order dropped early. Because of doing my part through the course of time. 3rd and most important he treated me with respect and took the time to get to know me personally. He understand my anxiety and worked with it. He also returned my phone calls promptly and I received answers to my question quickly and efficiently. I have to also have to thank Hailey and the para legal for their great job.
