Jason was used in a criminal case and although I felt he was honest in most ways, I don't feel he gave our family the truth in all the situations and more importantly when it came to trial I do not feel he had the experience needed to prove my family member was innocent. He needs to check out how an experienced criminal defense attorney represents cases before he continues to try his non-working strategies. He is a nice guy though.

Hired Jason as a criminal defense lawyer and he ended up representing me in my divorce trial. The divorce attorney I hired for his firm did Jason's work as my criminal defense attorney. The representation was totally backward, needless to say I lost both cases.

I had an industrial injury 2 years ago. After a major neck surgery I continued to have severe pain in my left shoulder. L& I would not accept the shoulder as part of the claim because it had not been stated on the original L&I accident report. I filed an appeal and finally was granted a conference meeting to review if the shoulder injury was part of the original injury or result of. I consulted Mr. Jason Johnson and advised him of my situation. He reviewed my case and even though I did not want to obtain an attorney to attend the conference with me he assisted me in a very courteous and professional manner. He provided me with a plan and materials including actual court cases which I was able to take with me to the conference. His professional assistance made me feel confident and prepared for the meeting. Due to Mr. Johnson's help I was able to convince the L&I attorney & judge to reverse the original decision and allow me have my shoulder checked by an independent Orthopedic Surgeon. Jason represented my son in a DUI and we found him to be a true professional, he kept us informed and was present at every hearing.
