Mr. Johnson is one of the best defense attorneys that I have ever worked with. My experience of his services are all positive and I can't say enough about his abilities in the courtroom. Any time I need legal assistance he is now my first call. I highly recommend him to anyone in search of a legal defense.

Jason is a great guy who will do his best to make sure you get good representation, should you find yourself in a position where you need a criminal defense attorney. He is very personable and will probably help make you laugh at times to keep you sane. Worth a consideration if you need an attorney for criminal defense.

This is my honest experience and I share it in hopes that other people experiencing a similar situation will not make the same mistake. I honestly felt like I wasted my hard earned saving on representation with Dakota. If you can represent yourself or take the time to find other options/resources I would you want a team that believes in you and fights hard for you espically in a moment of vulnerability. There was a lot of missed communications from Dakota and her receptionist Alicia. A lot of time I had to consult lawyers outside of my case. Additionaly, Dakota mishandled my case in several ways and took zero accountability even after being adressed for her errors by the judge. A lot of details provided in the case were left out and we had no time to rebuttal due to the mishandling of my case. I felt like they did not advocate for me in the way that I would have epxected or in the way that I would have advocated for myself. The events that took place altered my life significantly. I seeked a lawyer for gudiance, but did not receive that from this firm. There was no compassion from the team that was meant to represent me, when following up with them over some documents/ follow up I never recieved (serveral weeks later). Dakota and Alicia were defensive and I received alot of unprofessionalism from both Dakota and Alicia My concerns weren't handled at all. Lawyers are not cheap! And we should not be receiving minimal effort. My recommendation would be to take your chances at another firm, if needed.

I recently had the opportunity to hire Jason as my attorney to help me get out of some trouble and boy did he ever! I was pulled over back in the summer time and had been drinking quite a bit with some friends, I blew a .20 when down at the station. Was facing 2 days in jail and a lengthy amount of classes if convicted. I did everything he told me to to do and I was able to get it reduced to a reckless driving charge and in my case, that was best case scenario. No, jail time, just 2-3 short classes, blow and go in my car for 4 months instead of a year. The guy knows what he is doing! I hope none of you get behind the wheel after drinking as I will never do it again after my lesson has been learned but if you happen too, call this guy. He will not disappoint! Thanks again Jason!!
