I contacted Kelly to help research a number of legal issues during my work at Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Inland Northwest, which is how she initially got connected to the organization. She was responsive and thorough in the work that she did, and her recommendations led to real changes in the way we were conducting certain aspects of our business, ultimately helping limit our liability. Additionally, Kelly has been retained to conduct employee training with management staff around a number of employment-related issues. Again, I've found Kelly to be professional and accessible. Finally, Kelly serves on our Personnel Committee, and has made a number of important recommendations in our policies and procedures. In all of my interactions with her, Kelly has demonstrated both outstanding interpersonal skills and a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the law.
