I was facing criminal charges to say the least would have destroyed my life. I was accused of a crime that faced heavy penalties and prison time and I also was taking on a child custody battle. I called the office a little scared not knowing what to do. Mark and his team got me in the office right away and I retained them that same hour even after I spoke to another office I felt like Mark was a better fit for me. Mark was very impressive at trial and in the office, I felt that he really cared about my case. Mark and his team were amazing from start to finish. I am thankful every day for what Mark , Aaron and everyone in their office have done for me and my family and strongly recommend them to anyone in need of help in any of these matters they are great criminal and family law attorneys. I feel they did more for me then you can put a price tag on, they got me my life back, my kids back from out of state, and got me living my life again back in my home. They got all charges dropped by the state and got me back full custody of my two children. It was an amazing outcome u could almost say it was a miricle but I think it had a lot to do with all of Marks, Aaron's and Peggy's hard work and everyone else in their office that was involved in my case. I was trying to modify a parenting plan when my ex husband reappeared after 4 years of nothing. I kept hearing the court say "it's your word against his." I was way over my head. After seeing Mark represent another client in court, I called for a consult. Yes the money plays in, this is his business. They actually worked hard to help me keep cost down, knowing our situation. His paralegal can be very blunt and come across as abrasive, but so is the legal system. As long as I communicated when there was a misunderstanding, everything went well. She saw the reality of the person I was dealing with and responded appropriately. I like her pit-bull attitude, it is what was needed. Mark was always honest with me and made it clear what his plan was when I was confused and felt he was being too nice to him. He never belittled me like other reviewers said they felt. The outcome was better than I hoped for and I will definitely use them again if/when I need them. Thank you all for being our "go between."

I thought I would never have to hire a lawyer for anything until I found myself needing one. The family law system can be overwhelming, especially when you are representing yourself and your soon-to-be ex and the other attorney is taking you to court time and time again and no one seems to be listening to your side. Mark Hodgson not only made me feel very confident that I was in good hands, he clearly demonstrated in court his superior grasp of family law matters and was adept at countering the sneaky tactics that other attorney tried to pull in court. As a bonus, Mark is very easy to talk to and he was a tremendous help when I was a nervous wreck. Both of his assistants were very helpful whenever I called with questions, even if I called several times in one day! I hope I never need another attorney again but if I do I'm going to call Mark Hodgson immediately. I highly recommend him!

He responded to my phone calls and questions every time. He was WONDERFUL in my hearing and got me alimony, child support, and the parenting plan that my children needed. These situations are never easy. Deciding to get a lawyer then choosing one was a very hard decision. I spoke to a few people that have been thru divorce and Mark’s name came up more than once. I went and met with him, his business partners and Casey his assistant. They were all friendly, professional and most importantly for me nonjudgmental. He is very educated on divorce with children and keeps in mind what is best for the kids! He answered my questions and didn’t make me feel belittled as other lawyers did.
