Matthew Fisher represented me in a divorce case that was a very emotional time. What I liked about Matthew and why I choose him over other attorneys was the way he spoke to me as a person, he did not try to rush me and take all my money. Matthew had a low retainer and truly seemed to be a nice guy that cares about people. My outcome on my divorce was amazing and no one can believe the outcome went so well for me. Thank you Matthew Fisher on getting me through this chapter of my life. I would recommend you to anyone that is looking for a lawyer.

My parenting plan revision case was kind of odd but Matt was excellent with trying to help get it taken care of. He was so incredibly helpful in understanding my situation and explaining what plans of action can/should be taken. You can tell that he actually cares about his clients and what is best for them and he takes his time with the case. I am incredibly grateful for the time he took to help. Hopefully I don't need another family lawyer anytime soon, but if I do, Matt is the only lawyer I would trust to help. His paralegal, Lori, is also amazing!

I handed Matt a pretty difficult case as a Father who works outside the United States. Matt was able to get a temporary order to keep my children in my home on a 50/50 split while I was out of the country. When I returned home for trial Matt told me that the trial retainer would be $7,500. Instead of going full cheerleader mode and trying to push me towards trial and the retainer Matt was very honest with me about how trial could turn out and encouraged me, despite his interests, to negotiate a settlement with my ex. My overall experience with Matt was great, especially the times I was over seas and Matt needed to communicate with me on different issues. I was not out of sight/out of mind for my attorney. I have recommended Matt to friends and will continue to recommend Matt in the future.

Matt helped my husband and I in a custody case. It was a long process but Matt was patient with our many questions. He was knowledgeable and reasonable. He was not after our money as he on several instances saved us money. My husband and I feel that we came out on top in our case, and are happy with the final parenting plan that Matt helped us put in place.

I can not begin to say how great Matt was during my custody fight. Matt was straight forward with me about what to expect and where I stood legally. Matt's knowledge about how the proceeding worked and how the motions should be presented help us make the most compelling arguments. Matthew (Matt) was a great help to me about three years ago now. He not only helped me NOT get screwed (I'm a man) but was really great in court. Pulled no punches! Matt worked well with my ex's attorney and was very easy to deal with along with his staff throughout the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again (hopefully not though) if need be.
