Christopher S. Crago referred me to his teacher and mentor from Gonzaga University, Milton G. Rowland. This was one year before the statute-of-limitations ran out on my TORT claim against the VA Hospital. I paid Milton Rowland $1000 in check form as a retainer for legal filing. He lost the check, never told me, found the check then deposited it after the statue-of limitations had expired on my case. He filed 10 days late with another client’s details pasted into my claim. It failed due to TORT statute of limitations running out. Milton said he would retire and help me claim against his malpractice insurance, which he stated he had never used in his career. This was a stalling tactic he offered at every conversation until I said "Okay" thinking he was trying to get me off his books. He immediately "FIRED" me and said he was no longer my attorney. Before this and without my knowledge Milton’s decided to try a “work around” and filed a completely unproductive BIVEN’S claim that was a further stalling tactic, the judge stated it was impossible to serve as it was written. Milton directed me to another office of his Gonzaga students who spoke of the love for him and his difficulties in life etc. Then his former students stated they don't handle that type of claim. I am now suing Milton Rowland and I will WIN.

Milton Rowland has a GREAT LinkedIn profile and impeccable credentials, AND you should NEVER hire him. As a previous client, I CANNOT recommend Milt. If you would like to know why, the details can be found @DisabledByFate. It's heartbreaking.

This man will only care for you if you can bring him money. I was told he would take my case pro bono, and then he said he was going to charge me over $600 an hour. He's hung up on me, and had my case for over two weeks, and hadn't filed a thing. I'm very afraid he's trying to "pad" his bill by doing things that aren't necessary. And he hasn't talked to me about what he's doing, so how am I to know????

Milt helped me with a relatively small issue, but one that was of great importance to me. I can say this without the slightest reservation: Me. Rowland is an outstanding lawyer. He's brilliant, experienced, and is extremely caring for his clients. He's the consummate professional. He's an absolute asset to Gonzaga law School and a terrific choice for your of counsel.

I had the bad fortune to need an attorney but the extremely good fortune to work with Milt Rowland over an extended period of time on an ongoing issue. Milt is everything you would expect from an attorney in terms of knowledge, skill, honesty, and trustworthiness. What sets Milt apart is his warm and friendly nature. Milt cares to get to know his clients and their needs. You will not find anyone more accomplished, and you will not find anyone who cares more.

It is my honor and privilege to wholeheartedly recommend Milt Rowland! In my position I have used many lawyers over the years and have opposed many. So, when I recommend a lawyer it has meaning. The first time I used Milt we took on three LA lawyers. Our legal bill was $300K theirs was 1.5 MILLION Dollars. We won and they had even had to pay our attorney fees. Milt is hard working, knowledgeable, well connected and a man of integrity. Integrity is not a common trait among attorneys!
