Jonas Hemenway has been a go-to attorney for me to send my clients to for several years. I appreciate his down-to-earth communication style, sense of humor, and diligence on behalf of my clients. Last year, a client I had sent to Jonas got back to me with a review: not only was the client very pleased, but the client had already sent in two different family members to get their estate plans updated!

Even in the setting of the pandemic, Jonas met with me by phone until my documents were in order and arranged an in person signing that was respective of safety and distance for myself and their staff. Jonas' prices were very fair. I found everyone I interacted with from my first call through the signing to be helpful and professional. Jonas himself was very personable and I felt a sense of trust with him from the first phone call. I recommend him whole-heartedly.

Jonas was a pleasure to work with. Estate planning is tricky business because there are significant consequences to many of the decisions that derive from the conversations regarding the planning. My estate was rather small but I felt he gave me all the time and attention that was required. I paid in advance for his services as required by his firm so there was an inherent fear of not receiving what was needed.Jonas put that concern very quickly to rest with his demeanor and obvious competence He was easy to reach and responsive to my questions without judgements or condensation. If I should happen to have a question on a legal matter in the future, i would actually look forward without hesitation to calling him for advice.
